01-06-2024I began renting storage unit 7#8 in February 2023, and to my extreme frustration, I still do not have electricity in my unit after almost a year. Despite numerous discussions with the manager, Angelica, there has been zero progress or resolution. This ongoing issue is not only inconvenient but has now become a significant cause for concern. My attempts to escalate the matter by calling a supervisor and submitting a request through the website's chat feature have proven futile. It is disheartening to experience such a prolonged lack of power in the storage unit without any viable solutions in sight. To compound the problem, I was shocked to see a price increase after just six months of renting the unit. This decision seems highly inappropriate, especially considering the fundamental issue of electricity remains unaddressed. Angelica's apparent lack of responsibility and initiative in resolving this matter is, frankly, the epitome of incompetence. It is my strong recommendation that her position be reconsidered, and necessary actions be taken to rectify the ongoing electricity problem. After enduring almost a year without a resolution, I believe compensation, such as a credit for the inconvenience caused, is not only fair but necessary. Customers should not have to face such challenges without timely and effective solutions. I urge the management to take immediate action, fix the electricity problem, and ensure the responsible parties are held accountable for the lack of service.

10-01-20231st time using Public Storage on Salmar Ave, Campbell, and turned out to be great overall. I rented out a parking space for my car, access was very easy, code information came to me ahead of checking in, was also able to use the app for quicker access. As to the parking spot, was wide and long enough for my vehicle, overall clean. One special note is the phone call I got from the site responsible operator informing me about my car cover that had come off, which I thought was a great attention. Would definitely recommend this service if anyone needs to store a car for a while.
