02-29-2024Got a storage on the 29th because we needed it for that day they gave us (building i floor 1 ) we went there and it had a lock on it tried to call several time to get help nobody answered we paid 116 for a whole month that we were suppose to use the storage but never got the chance too THEY CANT GIVE A REFUND NOT EVEN HALF OF IT , 116 $ & they arent no help at all . Basically SCAMMED US !

02-28-2024Customer Service was Super awesome and great quality storage units. My unit even included a little light. I loved it for whenever I was packing my unit closer to the evening. property manager, very responsive and super helpful and closed out my account in a timely manner and got back to me within the same day.
