02-02-2024The facility is very nice and secure, I do think its dumb to have to put your code in to leave, though. Its just clumbsy is all. Like anywhere, people are who make things work well or not well. Margie the manager is a solid plus for this place. Super nice, helpful, knows pricing, answers the phon OR calls you back, doesnt bullsh&t you, and I appreciated all of that.

01-05-2024My experience at Public Storage Billingsley Rd location has been challenging living in Guernsey Cty, while my precious items were in Columbus. The manager, Margie, worked with me after renting for six years to downsize my space with what I've left behind after cherry picking items all these years with great cooperation in setting me up with a smaller and cheaper space.
