03-03-2024I had a terrible first experience here, but it was rectified. Local manager Teri is very kind and will absolutely do what she can to make things right. There is a rodent problem here, but I believe that has more to do with the corporate level than Teri. Make sure to check your unit out before signing the paperwork. Their is also a serious disconnect between the off shore call center (poor English and communication skills) and a local branch. Public storage makes it nearly impossible to do but try to deal with local managers first. It will save you a headache.
