03-14-2024I would give this review zero stars if possible. We rented a unit on the 2nd floor and on move-in day, we found that the elevator was not working and we could not access our unit. Attempts to resolve the issue with management was to no avail. Their response was essentially it's our problem and did nothing to remedy the situation.
