02-26-2024When I initially started with this storage is was MOORE STORAGE great prices no hassle. I should have been grandfathered in on price Then it was bought out by public storage and the price of my unit has increased once every 6 MONTHS for 2 years and they are RIDICULOUS spikes in price it has gone from abt $138 a month to now $295 DO NOT do business with PUBLIC STORAGE they are not trustworthy and taking advantage of their clients. I will be coming to remove my belongings immediately! This is INSANE

02-18-2024*Shared my frustrations over the phone today, and the manager/staff member was nice. This review does not reflect against her customer service towards me* I've had this storage unit since before Public Storage took over. I have a 10x20 unit that was renting for $129/month without additional insurance requirement ($15). Public storage took over and required insurance, so that brought my cost to $144/mo (September 2022). Less than 6 months later, they increased my rate to $188 in Feb 2023. Now, a year later, they are increasing it to $226/mo. Called today to hopefully get some sort of resolution, only to be told there is nothing they can do. This is NOT a climate controlled unit (why the exponential increase??). This is a $97/month increase in less than two years. I have no doubt that Public Storage will continue to increase at an unreasonable rate. I am looking forward to getting my stuff out of storage ASAP, and would warn others to look elsewhere for their storage needs as well.
