Terrible experience. Terrible "district manager." My partner rented a unit and paid for a lock which she called about and requested multiple times and got no response. We put our own lock on in the meantime and returned a week later to find our lock removed and another lock on the unit. The "manager" had no answers and said she didn't know who did it and she just left without helping at all. We called the district manager and told her the situation and she basically said we are lying. So going on two weeks and we still can't get in our unit that we are still paying for and someone has accessed our unit because when we visited we found one of our kids toys on the ground outside. This is unbelievable unprofessionalism. I'm completely baffled by the way we've been treated. Disrespectful, rude and shameful. I couldn't be more disappointed and shocked that they are ok with us not having access to our unit. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
SUE absolutely saved my day today and I am thrilled that Public Storage has Sue as an employee. She was better than the Internet and better than the person I called. 5 STARS 4 SUE !!!
Horrible place to do any kind of business with. I was delivering piano for a customer. Code given to her said welcome but door would not open. After 10 to 15 minutes, finally got ahold of someone that spoke broken English and they hung up on customer. I will never recommend this business and let my customers know about many other storage facilities.
