I wanted information about my price plan and possibly reducing my payment. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to lower my payment until the next increase to which, I was very grateful.

Very safe, clean nice storage facility and very accommodating to my needs when I had to adjust dates and such. I am definitely going back there and referring friends to the Storage business and I will be using you guys in the near future again thank you for your accommodations.
