Whomever owns this facility needs to give Vinny a refresher in manners. What a nasty, nasty person. I came in to view the size of a specific unit and he refused to show me since I didn't "have an appointment"...there was no one else there. He was less than accommodating when it came to answering questions. I would never feel comfortable leaving my belongings there, so needless to say I booked a unit at another local facility. Really pitiful customer service.
