Ive been a customer at this facility for well over a year and a half, and this was by far the most frustrating experience Ive had here. I was forced to transfer units due to company policy and price increases, which already felt unreasonable for a long-term customer. What should have been a simple, routine transfer instead became a stressful, three-day process marked by poor communication and dismissive management. When I attempted to transfer units, a unit was incorrectly marked as available online, leaving me unable to complete the move. As a result, I was forced to pay for two units at the same time, effectively being double-billed while the issue remained unresolved. On the same day I contacted Customer Care to ask why my unit rate had increased so significantly and why I was being required to transfer, the on-site manager told the Customer Care representativewhile I was on the phonethat she had revoked my access because she did not remember who I was. She also stated that she has 1000+ people to take care of and that I was not her only concern. No one contacted me directly to verify my account before access was revoked, despite my being a confirmed, long-term customer. This happened during a time-sensitive move-in and caused unnecessary stress. When I asked for help resolving the transfer and double billing, I was told she couldnt help, that this is how it is, and that if I didnt like it, I could go somewhere else. She also stated she didnt need my business because she had 1000+ other units and customers. This attitude was dismissive and completely unacceptable. I escalated the issue and was repeatedly told it was a communication issue, yet no real accountability followed. I was given promises of refunds that were never honored, and my account still shows a balance due. To be clear, Janine was the only person who actually stepped in and helped. Unfortunately, both managers have since attempted to shift blame onto her, even though my grievances are solely with management and how this situation was handled. At this point, Im simply trying to move on from this facility. However, the lack of professionalism, follow-through, and respect shown toward a long-term customer is deeply disappointing. I expect far better communication and accountability from a company of this size.

I had a great experience with Patrick who assisted me at my rental storage place. He was extremely friendly and patient, taking the time to explain the entire process clearly. He also went above and beyond by checking which options would be most beneficial for us, including comparing the prices for paying month-to-month versus paying several months in advance. I really appreciated his effort and excellent customer service!
Wow what a team Jeanene was outstanding setting me up and Yosheka delivered outstanding service, if all storage unit had employees like this they would have so much more business.
