The customer service here is fantastic! Sesily is great and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit!
This place is great for storage but for over $100 per month, it should be ok for someone who works in their car full time in the area to be able to stop and use the bathroom if needed if they are a paying customer. Not too tall of an ask there. One bathroom is closed and the other hasnt been stocked up in months. What if someone needs to go. Isnt there a law about this?
Megan was the nicest and helpful Getting my units moved. Although she didnt offer to help me move the stuff ;). Great clean place and always great to work with.
Hands down one of the best storage companies out there the customer service was so friendly and patient with all my questions Im thankful I stopped by
My rent has magically went up almost $60 with absolutely no warning. We've called numerous times with no one answering the phone and no one calling us back after leaving voice-mails. All the carts have mysteriously disappeared even if you're the only one there. Honestly about to switch storages simply because of the lack of professionalism and what feels borderline fishy and illegal. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Don't recommend.
If I could give this place a 0 I most certainly would, and since I can't a BBB complaint and horrible review will suffice. They take advantage of senior citizens, then laugh and makes jokes about it on the phone through their insensitive customer service and escalation reps. The onsite managers are not really onsite because an elderly person sat for hours waiting on them with no ETA (informed by rep would just need to wait).
