08-01-2024August 2024: Updating my review since I am moving from the area and needed to end my rental! Missy in the office was extremely helpful and made the process easy! Not often a company is as kind when you leave as they were welcoming you! Facility was great for the entire 2.5 years I used it! Clean comfortable secure - highly recommended if you need climate controlled storage and tbh in this area you do! Thanks for great service! I reserved a unit online (very easy process) and quickly got a very professional helpful follow up call to verify my rental. When I came for the first time I brought a broom and bug spray (expecting to need to clean the space) but the unit was incredibly clean and move in ready! I was also grateful for the carts provided for moving - very nice touch! The facility is also extremely secure wrt entry and access - I know I made a good choice! Needed to add that on my actual move in day Lita was in the office and was a great help to me! I really appreciate the friendly helpful atmosphere!
