12-28-2023Would rate zero stars if possible these people fraudulently sold my personal belongings to a stranger including my social security and tax documents after neglecting to apply monthly credits to my account that would have made my account up to date on payments. I am absolutely disgusted and will likely have to hire a lawyer to sue. I would not use this company your prized possessions will not be cared for and you will not be valued as a customer.

11-18-2023This is the worst company is existence. Phone calls are not returned, no on-site staff now due to greed you now have to talk to a robot. Absolutely regret my decision to rent here. But whats worse is after 3 appointments were set to meet with a manager in person they never showed up on any of the three occasions. I couldnt return the lock they gave me either because there lock return doesnt even fit their lock that was given to me day 1, (I have my own lock) or even get into my account due to getting locked out. Because of the poor communication I would rate this place zero stars. When I had some bank fraud going on due to my identity being stolen I called and requested either help accessing my account or for someone to call back. They did not stop charging the old account and now Im being charged hundreds of dollars in fees. Absolutely pathetic
