Deceptive website, be sure the size of the space you're renting! To get a refund on your lock you have to make an in person appointment, lol. Check Yelp to get a lot more criticism, somehow they have hacked Google to look much better here.
I don't think it could have gone any worse. First I rent a unit because they are offering a free month and when I get there I discover you have to go up a ladder to access it?? Then the employee who's not friendly at all says he can switch me to a new unit on the ground but forget to cancel my previous rental so I end up paying for two units. Luckily another employee Christian, is so nice and helpfull and fix the whole disaster.

Access to gate is difficult. Directions to units are non existent, I had to go around the floor several times. The storage unit I had reserved was a locker ! Super inconvenient, who goes up a ladder with boxes? The employee was helpful and fast in getting me a new one.
