04-23-2025Deceptive website, be sure the size of the space you're renting! To get a refund on your lock you have to make an in person appointment, lol. Check Yelp to get a lot more criticism, somehow they have hacked Google to look much better here.

04-09-2025I don't think it could have gone any worse. First I rent a unit because they are offering a free month and when I get there I discover you have to go up a ladder to access it?? Then the employee who's not friendly at all says he can switch me to a new unit on the ground but forget to cancel my previous rental so I end up paying for two units. Luckily another employee Christian, is so nice and helpfull and fix the whole disaster.

03-23-2025Access to gate is difficult. Directions to units are non existent, I had to go around the floor several times. The storage unit I had reserved was a locker ! Super inconvenient, who goes up a ladder with boxes? The employee was helpful and fast in getting me a new one.
