First and foremost, the speed at which I was able to complete everything was remarkable. Within just 30 minutes, I had toured the available units, received a clear breakdown of pricing, and completed all necessary leasing documents. This efficiency speaks volumes about the organization and professionalism of the staff. Speaking of the staff, I have to give a special shoutout to Bill, who assisted me throughout the entire initial process today. He patiently answered all my questions. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, providing me with the peace of mind that my belongings would be safe. So Im at crossroads as to whether or not, I will give this establishment of four or five stars. Im feeling some kind away about my rent going up $70 in four months, but I guess thats the nature of the business. However if you pay for the full year you wont have that problem. I decided to move out because I did not want to pay the additional increase. What I would like to say, is that from the time I moved in until the time I moved out , has been nothing short of exceptionalAll of my interactions were with Angel. Angel delivered stellar customer service, professional, kind and courteous and he gives the best advice on how to navigate the property if you have a large truck. He made the entire process seamless. So IF I give this 5 stars is ONLY ONLY ONLY because of Angels exceptional customer service. I would also like to add I felt very safe, leaving my belongings in that storage unit. The facilities are well maintained and the area isnt sketchy.
