02-16-2026I am a mother of 6 and it was raining on 02/17/26. The manager at 15555 Yates rd Victorville her name was Shanna. She left her company phone on the counter where I accidentally picked up her company phone that was on the counter near me, not knowing I picked up the phone, when my daughter gave me the phone telling me it keeps ringing, then I received a phone call looking for the phone in which I did cooperate and brought them the phone back during the phone call when she asked if I had the phone she threatened me with the police, even after I told I had the phone And I was bringing it back to her office. She already had her mind made up that I stole the phone because she threatened me with the police when I told her I had the phone. I then took her the phone to the office and she told me I had to move all my things out of extra space because I took a phone on accident and took the phone back. I was being treated unfairly, the manager took no responsibility for leaving a cellphone out in the open on a counter. There is video evidence that shows I never went behind a desk, so I had to accidentally take the phone because it was not put it properly or shanna did not take care of the phone in a professional way. I have 6 kids not even an apology and bringing the phone back made anything better instead I was being racially profiled. I even showed Shanna text messages from me and boyfriend about the phone because we was trying to find out who the phone belonged too. I actually like extra space, but if you go to this location be careful because they are unprofessional here. She didnt even have the lock inside of my unit, I had to go get the lock, while it was raining really bad and dont notice when I got the lock inside I picked up her phone. But I pray to God Shanna asks for forgiveness!! No one deserves to be racial discriminated. ~Chef Quan
