11-04-2023Everything was great until move in day, they gave me a unit that was rented to someone else mistakes happen, two days of phone tag and still waiting for a manager to call and nothing yet. I have a trailer that I rented sitting in my driveway full for two days now and still no call from a manager . You call rings no one answers , someone finally answers only to be put on hold and somehow it hangs up or a manager will call to back but if you call to rent a unit someone answers the phone right away but not if you have a problem. What they have shown is the manager doesnt care about the tenants only about the money this place is horrible , worst experience ever. Stay away appearance isnt everything.

08-03-2023The worst rude customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They also randomly charge you $40 more a monthto $60 more a month. Until you reach 100 more a month. DO NOT RENT HERE. Random charges to your account and 0 help.
