I had a minor issue and Beth from the Tylersville location was instrumental in immediately resolving my issue with empathy and zero judgement. She has a great deal of customer obsession which is a huge leadership principle where I work in the management position. She kept my business with this experience. I am so grateful to have received this resolution during a critical time. Highly recommend!
