If I could give no stars I would. I waited since December 2023 for a reimbursement check for my time at this location as I was a customer there for July of 2022. They kept increasing the rent from $100 and something a month to $300 and something a month. I filed a complaint written. They responded with an email stating they are sorry for my inconvenience and they would be reimbursing me to my card, but then when I called he said that the company sent the money via check not deposit for some reason. I spoke to another woman in regards to the matter and never got a response on how they were going to fix this, and how rude as I kept saying I couldn't afford the storage unit after my work injuries and auto accident and my bill was always late because my disability doesn't come in till the 15th of each month, and the manager there knew this but didn't care for a 10x10 C042 I was paying over $200- $300 and something. I wouldn't recommend this place. You can only get into your strong unit from like 8am-9pm and if you access it after the time permitted you get a notice. I thought they were going to fix what they started, but this place is just about money and not their customers and if you don't pay for your unit by the 4th of each month you cannot access your storage unit you make a payment. So if you had something in there you could sell to cover the cost. You won't be able to get in. I hope I helped someone while looking for a storage unit. Definitely not a place you would want to say for over a year at most definitely. We are now February 16th, 2024 @ 7:30pm
