03-22-2024My husband and I moved in October of 2023 and had to put majority of our belongings into storage. This place had good pricing and it was close to our new home. However, after two weeks of our belongings being stored here, we started to see evidence of critters being in our unit. Droppings and urine marks were all over our things. Boxes started getting holes chewed into them. Our couch was ruined and everything was dirty. There isnt a single thing in our unit that was left untouched by vermin. When my husband talked to the front desk person, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said we would just have to file a claim with our insurance. Terrible customer service. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue here but this place is not great for storing your belongings.

03-20-2024Great price and this is the second time I rented a storage unit and BEWARE of mice infestation. I had to clean mice poop and pee and converted everything into plastic tub storage plus killed 4 mice. Make sure to block all little openings!

03-02-2024This is the only business that keeps raising your price 20-30 percent EVERY few months regardless of how long you rent with them. They don't value their long term customers. Their advertised prices are only good for a few short months.
