02-13-2026Little did they know I was having a bad day. Unfortunately, I didnt get their names, but they made the whole process smooth and easy for me. The young man helped load all my belongings onto a cart and into the storage unit, even transporting me back and forth. Before that, I was having trouble finding my unit, and the young lady rushed to help and made sure I genuinely understood where to go. Ill only be using this storage for a week, but anytime I need storage again, it will definitely be this location. Thank you all for your kindness.

02-10-2026This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, and I was honestly a little unsure about the process. From the moment I walked in, Kara greeted me with kindness. Even though she was helping another customer, she acknowledged me right away and let me know she would be with me shortly. That meant a lot and made me feel seen. She took her time explaining the different unit sizes and what could fit in each one. I ended up choosing a smaller unit, but I appreciate that she made sure I understood my options in case I need to upgrade later. I was actually having a rough day, and Karas professionalism and positive attitude really made a difference. Great customer service still matters and she definitely delivered it.
