02-28-2024This place is a joke. Make sure you take an account the extra hidden fees that will take place. After agreeing on the monthly price which is already outrageous for a small unit. Come find out that do you have to use insurance though them. Wasn't even a month late on payment and they cut our lock off And made us buy a new one After keeping a contact with them about being late for the payment. When we finally get back in the storage area and the lady that was supposed to take our lockoff That they put on was super rude to us. She was sweeping the unit out that most likely they stole from somebody, Antonyms that she would be over the take. The lockoff whenever she gets around to it. Customer service is very bad here I highly recommend using u haul to store
