Super duper help me with the space..recommend this extra space Amy was very helpful..
UPDATE: the store manager Amy reached out to me... Apparently the gentleman I had talked to multiple multiple times gave me wrong information, and I have been able to access from 6A-10P without ever knowing. Annoying. But SUPER glad that Amy clarified that info for me, and she's just a lovely person to speak with! This is a newer facility, so it is still nice, clean, and well kept. My problem comes from the fact that when I got the storage unit (~6 months ago), I was told that the entrance gate was not working, but would be fixed within 2-3 weeks -- here we are half a year later, and it is still not fixed. This means that the only time you can enter the facility, is during business hours when an employee is there. As someone that works a weekday job until 5:30 PM, that means the only day I can possibly access my unit is on Saturday (because they're closed on Sunday). As I'm busy on Saturdays during their business hours, I basically can never access my unit. On top of this... a couple months into having the unit, the monthly price was increased ~$30. So I'm now paying $140 a month for a unit I cannot access, with a gate that is seemingly never going to be fixed.
