The best part of this particular Extra Storage Space is Lance, the manager of the property! He's extremely helpful, kind, and friendly. Whenever I've had a question or concern, he's always helped me in whatever way he could. He takes his time with me too, so I don't feel rushed. I also really like having access to my locker from the outside. It's much more convenient than past storage I've had. I do not like the price increases, and do not feel they are reasonable. However, Lance helped me around this, which did help and once again, made me really appreciate Lance.
