12-01-2023I had originally rated this place 5 stars without a review. Now since they increased prices to a staggering $183 I believe it's time to look elsewhere for storage. That is way too much to pay for something I was paying less around 3 years ago. The storage itself was great just not the price for it. Sorry Public Storage we are going elsewhere.

09-24-2023The gates barely work, and the ownership recently changed again! And the prices continue to keep rising, definitely not worth the pain. We'll be looking for a new storage company very soon!

09-16-2023We rented our unit online last week and when we got there with the truck loaded and ready to unload the gate code wouldnt work. We couldnt get hold of anyone to help us out. They didnt call us back even though we left a voicemail we had to call them back. So finally on Monday when we finally got hold of someone I asked if we would get refunded for the days we couldnt access our unit and was told most likely not. Now second weekend in a row were trying to get into the facility and the gate wont open. It looks like they just switched from simply self storage to Public Storage. This is getting ridiculous.

08-25-2023I was there for a year. Its was fine until out of nowhere they decided to raise my monthly price significantly. I had a 10x10 and they increased my price to $147 for fourth floor with my military discount. I spoke to a worker who said corporate raised everyones prices. The e-mail I got stated it was in line with market. I called corporate they said the owner raised prices. They said they would put in a request for the manager to call me. He/she never did. I just submitted a notice to vacate and moved to another storage facility for $85 a month. SadI would of stayed there if they werent greedy. They sadly will have to find someone else to support their greed. I sure they will. However, their prices are definitely not in line with the market.
