02-19-2024Moving sucks, this Public Storage location helped it to suck a lot less. I made a reservation online not entirely sure about the process and received a call 5 minutes later to confirm. Within the next 30 mins I made it to the office, checked out with a super affordable price, and was able to unload my car. Shakilah truly exemplifies great customer service. She took the time to explain the cost breakdown and all the fees to me. I told her what items I had specifically and she helped me edit my storage size to one more appropriate for my needs. I picked this location over the many others purely based on the 4.6 stars. This location is right off a main road and close to my job at the medical complex so it's so ideal. I'm able to open the gate, make changes, and see my upcoming payment all from the app. Can't speak on the elevators or accessing the inside units after hours, I selected an outdoor, drive-up unit. No complaints.
