08-14-2024Solid experience. The facility is brand new and looks to be kept in good condition. Parking might be a bit tight but youd probably struggle with that everywhere. Ivan is super helpful and such a great guy! Definitely would recommend renting here!

08-13-2024I have to say my first impression over the phone was not a good one, I was talking to a sales representative that started out nice but then ended bad, by hanging up on me! Just because I was asking a simple question, my advice would be to not call the 800 number but call the local storage if you have specific questions. Luckily I didnt let this bad experience stop me from moving forward. Wow! Ive never seen such a pretty storage place. So organized, so easy to navigate from beginning to end. I was eventually able to talk to a customer service representative at the actual location and he helped me navigate to a storage unit that was ADA. I just needed it close to a ADA parking but to my surprise there is actually ADA storage units!? What!? This is AMAZING because a lot of business dont think about people with disabilities. Not only is it close to the parking spot, elevator, but it has a long rope in case I cant pull from the normal rope. Everything is so clean and gorgeous and the best part climate control! Our last storage had cockroaches and crickets, I love all animals, but I prefer they stay away from my things haha Its super secure too, you need to input your code everywhere, which I totally appreciate, makes me feel super safe :)

07-26-2024Renting a storage unit was a first for me. After researching online, I found Extra Space Storage in Irvine on Wald Street. During my first visit, I met Ivan who was extremely helpful and educated me on the whole process including giving me a tour. I picked out my unit and reserved it. When I went back to sign my lease and pay, Ivan went above and beyond in making sure I understood the gate and door code and how to put my locks on and actually unlock them :-). I felt very comfortable with the whole process and would highly recommend Extra Space Storage and Ivan to anyone. PS, the facility is practically new and our unit has never been rented.

07-21-2024Did get my storage online and Joe texted me right after signing the agreement. He welcomed me and it is very convenient because the lock is already inside my unit when i get there to store my stuff. The whole place is really clean and safe. Prices are reasonable and fairly cheaper compared to others. Might upgrade to bigger unit soon.
