Good customer service. She was very in my transfer.
Nice clean facility, friendly helpful staff!! Been here a while and the staff have proven to be unmatched in their willingness to accommodate and help you find a solution that works. There have been a few corporate issues the staff has been forced to deal with and they have been wonderful. A+ to them
Edited review 6/19/24: I'm improving this to 3 stars after speaking to corporate about the below issue. They have been getting a lot of phonecalls about this (unsurprisingly). They've made arrangements for compensation for the limited access until full operation is restored. They are also going to address the mishandling of the situation by this facilities manager. I will adjust it to 5 stars when they finally fix ALL access doors and I see an improvement in the management. Original Review, 1-star, 6/18/24: "One of their doors has broken and they are closing the building down with no access outside of "Office Hours" indefinitely. Meaning, you cannot go there Before 9:30am or after 6pm Mon-Fri. Cannot go Before 9:00am or after 5:30pm on Saturday. Cannot go AT ALL on Sunday. I inquired about being compensated for the extreme limitations they're imposing being that they are now only open when everyone else is ALSO at work and ONE DAY A WEEKEND. The manager basically said "too bad so sad". Started complaining about how expensive it is to fix things. Trying to argue that if they lower rates when the building isn't fully operational, they should raise the rates when it is fully operational then. WE ALREADY PAY FOR A FULLY OPERATIONAL BUILDING. How stupid can you sound? Seriously trying to make an argument that we tenants are only paying for a partially operational building with the monthly payments we already make? Really? That's the route you want to go? It's one thing if a door goes down. Fine, I get it. The door won't work for a while. Access unaffected. But if you seriously want to change the entire agreement and take away ~7 access hours per day and 1 entire weekend day without any sort of compensation? Access hours are supposed to be 6am-10pm 7 days a week. That's 112 hours of access throughout the week. They're cutting it down to ~51 hours of access. And still expect a full payment. Laughable. They think they can do whatever they want and spit in us tenants faces and expect us to just roll over, take it, and say thank you. WE. PAY. YOU. I've been at this facility through 3 different owners now. This is by far the worst team of management thus far who couldn't give two hoots about the tenants. They just care about the monthly payment. You heard it first here folks. If you want a partially operational building with very limited access at full market price, this is the storage facility for you. Edit: I would like to give a positive shout out to the assistant manager. I wish I remembered her name. She said she was new as of 6 months ago. She was very polite and understanding of the massive problem."
