I don't normally post reviews, but I feel like I had to. My mom and I just rented a space, the move in date was yesterday (thankfully, we rented this space early, as we just naturally anticipate problems). Yesterday, we showed up and the first space's door was broken. We went to the office, and they set us up with another space. We left for a while, and came back to check out the second space. The light bulb didn't work, I went to the store and bought a lightbulb (I wanted a super bright one anyway), and still nothing. It has an electrical issue. We went back to the office, after 6 (closing), it was probably 6 30, but they unlocked the door and spoke with us anyway. They said come back tomorrow and file a work order. Okay. We did that. The next day, we came back, and we told her the situation. She said she had a third unit. We checked it out, and it was on a hill, and had a 1' ledge that I wouldn't be able to roll a heavy toolbox into it. She said that's all of our available spaces in my size at the location. There was another location down the road, and she gave us temporary permission to enter and gave us a list of empty spaces to check out, and we could pick the best one that fit our needs. I probably looked at 7 additional spaces and found one that I was very happy with. I was able to rent the one that I wanted, and couldn't be happier! I know that we are very picky customers. I'm sure most customers would not be as picky as we were. But I wanted to give a shout out to Danika in the office because I feel like she really went the extra mile for us and made sure we were happy customers. And even the girls in the office the day before (I didn't catch their names) were very help full. Thank you to the team in the office for helping us, the incredibly needy customers. I really hope you all get recognized for the amazing service that you have provided.

Do not waste time trying to rent a space here. I was advised by one of the employees, the property manager, Kim, has her favorites and works out special arrangements with them when their unit payment is due. If youre not one of these favorites prepare to receive harassing collection calls daily. One employee in particular, Danika, would call repeatedly with a nasty, ghetto attitude; the same type that acts friendly in person, even after explaining, I was receiving a new card in the mail, she kept telling me it was nothing she could do and I would have to come in and update my information or do it online. When my new card came, I opted to have my wife go in. I had made 2 trips up there all of which were doing business hours posted and told to me by Danika. The first 2 times the doors were locked and no one was their to answer the phone, this 3rd time my wife went and managed to catch Danika there and she told me she doesnt know where she was coming from but she had a disheveled appearance, almost as if she was having to rush to get her herself together. Not only did she look inappropriate, hair messy, completely sweaty, she proceeded to treat my wife as if she were interfering with her schedule or as if she had better things she could be doing. At that point, my wife asked to speak with the property manager but was informed she was unavailable. The staff here reflects the leadership. I would suggest choosing another location as the only thing the people here are concerned with are their personal affairs.
