03-28-2024I love this location! Before I even walked in I was on the phone with Gwen and she was amazing she helped me with every question I had and even assure me I would be fine! Once I got there she greeted me with open arms and took care of everything! So happy she was the one to help me! I would definitely recommend this place! Thanks Gewn!

03-24-2024Unfortunately I would never recommend this place to anyone within the third after I moved in. I receive notice I was living in my storage unit on the fourth day the police was called on me. Four days later there was a lock on my storage unit. I just told them I was going to move I'm tired they tried putting me out what's in the same way I know nothing about the reasoning behind putting me out. Monday game I set my things out front come back down to the elevator to get them how to relocate most of my things were stolen. Nothing was caught on camera my insurance pamphlet was stolen as well as my home surveillance equipment. Meaning the thieves what's targeting specific items meaning they put a majority of my things back. Bottom line is the staff here are stealing they're trying to hustle people and sell their belongings. IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T COME. MISS DARLENE IS THE BEST STAFF HERE. THE WHITE LADY HERE IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SO IS THE PROPERTY OWNER.
