AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rates went up almost $115 in one year. Most importantly, there are rats there. AT LIBERTY LOCATION *shocking*. They got into my unit and destroyed alllll of my items. There was zero food/drink in my unit. No one at this location offered to accommodate me financially. Orange door insurance (offered through public storage) only offered $250.09 max. My items included brand new furniture and clothing. Save your money go somewhere cheaper and where the grounds are treated regularly. RUN, actually.

The process to obtain a rental was incredibly easy and the office staff couldn't be more helpful. Lindsey was thorough, but conversational and kind. She also went out of her way to make sure we get an extra thing we paid for but forgot to take with us. Located very conveniently off i75 and 129, this was a perfect choice to store some things between moving to a new home.

I have a unit at this location. I will be cleaning it out because there is absolutely no lighting on any of the buildings, the boxes are there that look like they are supposed to be lit but they never are on. My rate goes up and all over the place from month to month. There have been occasions I have been late on the payment and I fully take blame for that and the late fees but I haven't had a consistent payment since the 3rd month of having the unit. The positive review I will give is the cleanliness and location. It is easy to access and the lot is always clean and there are no rodents.

I had a unit at the Liberty Way location and the main negative concern I have is the lighting. It is very dark and the only lighting you get is from the surrounding buildings and Liberty Ways street lights. This is a very huge safety concern!! The positive review I will give is the cleanliness and location. It is easy to access and the lot is always clean and there are no rodents. Any concerns I had was discussed with Heidi Burns. She has taken great care of me and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns was taken to the proper people for adjustments to be made to the property.
