01-25-2024I rent 6 big units from another public storage, and have been a public storage customer for awhile. I purchased a unit that they auctioned and was put through hell. I couldnt get anything resolved and the customer service main 800 number after several attempts finally reaching someone. I told them what was going on and they told me to just go to the kiosk which doesnt work as I explained. After going back and forth they just hung up on me. Then tried for another hour trying to speak to a human. I was ready to close out all my units with this company and avoid them. Then I made contact with Rebecca at the blacklick store. She calmed me down and worked to get me an answer and made it a priority. She got me in touch with the right person and got me what I needed. I am very grateful for her customer service. Its nice that one person took the time to help me instead of pass me through the gauntlet of their automation.
