01-06-2026Completely unethical. The manager onsite tells you one thing until you get in the unit then tells you another thing after you sign the dotted line. He also makes sure you are aware how much of a hassle it for him to greet you when you visit. If you come after he is back from break it's as if you are bothering him. He bad mouths other units and moving companies. There are other places. Don't go here.

As far the the unit in Millburn is concerned, it was excellent! It was super spacious and easy to access. The facility is clean and so are the grounds. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to friends and family.
