07-21-2024What to expect at Extra Space Menlo Park: Rate Increases - My rent has increased from $650 to $830 in 10 months. Insects and Odor - The facility is right by a swamp, and all the pests that live there. Limited Access Hours - It is utterly annoying and inconvenient that I can only access my stuff between 6am - 10pm. A Great Manager - Jenica has been a very caring and helpful property manager.
