12-29-2023The staff here has always been nice, no complaints there. I have had a large 10 by 30 unit at this location for about 5 years. Every few months they have hiked the prices. Currently I am at $412 a month but just received an email that starting in February my new total will be $535. Just ridiculous. This is a regular outside unit with no lighting or climate control. $535! There are no cameras here and the gate is open most of the time. Just be aware that this is the business model if you are a long time customer. They will consistently raise rates to the point you cannot afford to stay. Just for reference most of their competition is at about $200 for the same sized unit. Just super disappointed with a company who takes advantage of their longtime customers and as you read the reviews, you can see this is consistent with them.
