02-08-2024Im not one to ever leave reviews but this one here is NECESSARY! I do a lot of traveling and have used many different companies in the past to store my belongings. However My experience at this location with Tasha was by far one of the top customer service experiences Ive had in a long while. Tasha is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. She maintains a professional demeanor but is yet very pleasant. I have no doubt that my valuables is secure and safe here. I appreciate this young ladys attitude and energy towards me today and everything other time I encounter her and the security guard (gentleman) that works with her. I hope that the company values (Public Storage) them as much as she values her customers. Do your thing Tash!
