There is a lady named Heidi at the Division location and she was an absolute superwoman! She made the experience very smooth and answered any and all questions I had. The units are very clean as well, best customer service I've had in a while ??

Surprisingly clean and felt safe even considering the amount of people who are living out of and in their units, and bathing in the bathroom. Wondering if the cameras that are seen are even paid attention to. Regardless the office staff are friendly and helpful. The rates are ridiculously high and raised often. So will probably look elsewhere next time.

Heidi was amazing! She was very thorough with the rules, the exits, where to load and unload. She made the process super easy and fun. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs to have a storage unit.
