Great service! We have had a unit there for a couple of years. Recently downsized and the process was super easy and the staff really helpful!
Nice staff
They lie and steal your money.
Ive had a storage unit for over 3 years at this location. Starting from 99$ to 350$ a month for the same unit and never missed a payment or had lack of communication. I called this location for weeks and never received a call back until I left several voicemails. Robert was the first to call back and inform me that there are issues with current manager Linda. I called to vacate the storage unit. He was awesome and told me he apologized for the prior experience and that if we cleared the unit by 5:00pm Saturday 9/2 we would not be charged for the month of September. I was charged $327 today while unloading the unit. Linda called us and said she marked is vacant to call their corporate number. She requested a refund and they denied it and Robert was incorrect and should have never said that. I called the number and they said I needed to contact the district manager for the Plano Public Storage in order to receive help. They wont answer again and Ive called several times
