This is my first time needing a storage unit and after calling around to several places, I settled on Extra Space Storage. I had no clue what size I would need and most places seemed to automatically push their biggest units. Ann was super friendly and took the time to help me get the right size unit for my needs. I was nervous about storing these items just anywhere, but feel confident they are in a great location until I move to a larger house. I will recommend them to anyone needing a little extra storage.

I came into the facility because i wanted to interact with a person; however, the person Anne wasnt too friendly. I told her I had a reservation and wanted more information about the unit. Her demeanor was so bland snd nonchalant. I explained I wanted to use my own renters insurance because $47 was too expensive. She acted like she couldn't understand that fact and asked me several times like I was an idiot. She wanted me to say I declined the insurance even though I said I'm going to reach out to Statefarm instead. The facility looks nice and clean. Its spacious and climate controlled. Im glad there is an elevator and equipment to help with the move.
