01-07-2024Called to inquire about pricing and storage unit sizes. I have to say how amazingly impressed I was with the customer service from a woman named Capree. Not only was she a complete sweetheart, but she gave me all the information I needed to know, and then some. She did not overwhelm me, or give me an overload to where I could not understand like most places do this place will definitely get my business, especially due to, the superb customer service. We need more friendly professional people like this

10-26-2023Great service from start to finish!!! The first woman I spoke with on their main office line was very informative as well as compassionate to the situation that brought me needing storage. Then their site manager was more than accommodating in meeting me at the exactly agreed time and walked me through the process from start to finish. Her personality as well as courtesy are both things not often found lately. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone .
