07-27-2023Kalia at (1801 Savoy Dr Chamblee, GA) is the best I went in today 07/28/2023 to switch my unit for a bigger one and she help me out and made the process easy. Without hesitation she took me to the new unit to make sure its the size I need and took care of the switch process with easy. Kalia customer service deserves a 10 star because she went above and beyond.

07-04-2023Why did you all go up on my rental fee. What did I miss in the fine print for it to go up $8? Im cancelling asap! Oh and then they have a rep call me randomly asking if I was cancelling, why didnt you have the rep fix my payment instead of asking slick questions trying to see what my next move was!
