02-26-2024Customer service at its best!!!! I mean..the lady who handled my move in process went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothlyand she was so patient.. I had left my debit card at home by accident and although it was closing timeshe allowed me to run home,get it and come back to finish the process! I wish I wouldve gotten her name to post on here but I dropped the ballshe was so friendly and polite..

She was friendly and very knowledgeable She helped me pick out a storage unit that was affordable to me and let me know about my options to move to a lower level later on if I wanted. This place seems to be well secured and very clean. Highly recommend regina for your storage front office questions and inquiries!
