01-01-2024The storage units are not properly exterminated - as a result, my unit was infested with rodents. Also, PS MGMT keeps playing a price wargame - I was paying $159.00 / mth for an outside unit, and recently received notice of rental increase to $205.00 / mth. Close to a 25% bump - not appreciated. I'll need to check other storage units. The on-site MGMT (Jennifer) is very professional, personable and responsive. Now if they will address the rodent issue.
