I'm terrible with names but I believe it was Suzanne that took care of me the last time I was in and what a sweetheart! I have not had one bad experience here in all the years renting storage. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and happy to help! Public Storage rocks! :-)

07-26-2026The Mercer Ave. location is nice. It was easy to transfer there from another location and the representatives with whom I spoke were very professional and helpful. I had an issue with the elevator and I received a vey prompt call explaining the correct operation. So far I am pleased.
