In a day and age where quality customer service no longer exist, it is refreshing to meet someone like Lissette Pitre the property Manager at Public Storage. As a business owner I rely on storage for the equipment I use. On one occasion I left in hurry and forgot to lock my unit. I received call from Lissette informing me of the error. From that point on I felt confident that the people storing my equipment were responsible and professional. Due to Lissette's professionalism I know I made the right decision by choosing Public Storage.
