03-02-2024I am very dissatisfied with this company and this property at the moment because you know I rented my storage place back in December okay the standard rate was 149 I got it at a discount price for a period of 3 months okay now after that 3 months now instead of going up to the standard rate $149 they want to go up to $180 which is not the standard rate and then when I talk to the property management and people at this property they say well the standard rate for this unit is almost $300 and I'm like no it's not the standard rate is $149 cuz it's here on my paperwork so they're trying to go up on me now every 3 months until they hit the $300 mark and say that's the standard rate instead of going what by what's on my paperwork and what everything boiled down to the the standard rate is 149 I don't know where they get an extra $160 on top $149 of that at but that's not happening so needless to say this goes in effect in April needless to say this organization public storage and this property of public storage will be losing my business currently for the rest of my life they will no longer have my business
