Great pricing - great location - great customer service. I've used the location on woodruff road many times and always had a great experience. This location is no different , customer service super helpful . Super clean. Easy access. I always recommend them.

I made a mistake and thought I needed to purchase a storage unit yesterday and I want to give a shout out to the customer service of this company. They are great!!! The representative and unfortunately I don't remember her name, was fantastic as staying on the line with me while she walked me through the steps to purchase a unit. After I told them I actually didnt need one later that day, Dennis was very understanding and very friendly and stated he would reverse the charges for me! Whenever I do need a unit, I will make sure to hit up these guys. Awesome team and communication is great

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility. I felt my belongings would be safe at this location. Dennis was very helpful in making sure everything o needed was taken care of and my unit was in proper order with lock present. Thank you.
