The guy helping us was awesome and friendly. He was knowledgeable and had personality which no one does. We had a 4 hour rental. Picked up truck at 3pm. Used the truck for 2 hours and returned the truck. Went maybe 10 miles. The truck was great, ran well drove smoothly was nice. We even put in $10 of gas to fill it back up. They still charged me $27 for filling up gas and $20 for an after hour check in. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. I used to work for uhaul corporate and wow they have come along way. No wonder they are all HIGH and mighty.
Thanks itzel
This i s the worse storage place in Los Angeles. The hours suck and the staff working here goof off and are literally never in the office when you need them. I suggest go elsewhere. Its literally 10:53am and they've been gone for hours.
The absolute worse storage unit. Access hours are very very limited. You literally have no access to your stuff. The access hours are horrendous. I would never rent here again. Yall ought to allow access to our stuff at least until 10pm like other storage places do it.
perfect!
