Im sorry to say that I cant recall the gentleman who helped me out, but he was so friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to personally show me every size unit I had questions about. This was about 4 hours ago from the time Im writing this review, for context, so whoevers shift it was at the time. Shout out to that guy!

An unbiased and sincere assessment: Jose V. really elevates the whole client experience. When a customer needs a little additional help during the stressful transitional transfer into a new storage environment, Jose is a very understanding and helpful site personnel that proactively takes satisfaction in his ability to satisfy their needs. I'm appreciative of his noble ethics in making things more user-friendly because accidents do happen.
