02-10-2024The staff is very one-sided and won't hesitate to screw you over. The units themselves are trashy and not very secure. The property itself is unkept and very dirty trash everywhere as well as leaves. The property manager Dion he's very rude and very inconsiderate. It's his way or no way. I would not recommend renting from this place to anybody. In one month over 32 units got broken into.

01-03-2024Somebody broke into my storage unit and stole a bunch of my late fathers belongings along with some of mine. Theres no cameras so police and the renters insurance couldnt do anything. Be careful renting here

01-03-2024After buying a unit online at auction from a different Public Storage facility we were sent here after difficulty finding management from the other site. Dion was a breath of fresh air!! I spoke to several people in upper management over the phone and was shocked at the info the gave me! Luckily Dion was able to clear everything up and get us a unit rented at a facility he doesn't even work at! Talk about the real MVP! Customer service was awesome! Really wish Dion was the guy in charge at place we actually have our unit!
